Wac'em Introduces A New Large Triton

March 1, 2008

Wac'em Archery Products LLC, manufacturer of the world's strongest, sharpest, most accurate broadheads, has unveiled a new Triton XL. The Triton XL is designed for discriminating bowhunters who require entrance and exit wounds on big game animals.

The Triton XL, big brother to Wac'em's ever-popular Triton, is made of 416 stainless steel, hardened to a 42-45 Rockwell. Blades are constructed of a special Swedish formula, Sanvik stainless steel. Because of its close, tight tolerances the new Triton XL enjoys the same cut-on-impact design as all Wac'em broadheads. The new Triton XL's blades are a full .030 thickness, for additional strength. The Triton XL is available in 100 and 125 grains and have a full 1 1/4" cutting diameter. As with all Wac'em broadheads the new Triton XL is unparalleled in its shooting accuracy.

Scott Davis, President of Wac'em Archery Products, has been relentless in his quest for perfection in broadheads. Scott says that there are three important factors in choosing a great broadhead: "First, it must hit the spot consistently; second, it must be very sharp and penetrate with ease; third, it must not deflect and must be able to hold up in all of the most demanding hunting environments. The Triton XL meets all of these requirements and then some, with it's 1 1/4" cutting diameter and its .030 thickness blades."
